Great Hotel Great Staff with a shoutout to Klaudia who was fab. We have just returned from a wonderful 4 night break staying in this hotel. I agree it’s not the prettiest building but once inside you are greeted by some of the friendliest staff we have ever had in a hotel. Big smiles and professional service from reception through to housekeeping, restaurant and especially the Bar. The dinner menu is a little limited but the quality of the dishes is very high, as is breakfast which was worth the charge as there is a large selection of mainly cold food. The room was spacious and very clean though I agree with other comments about the A/C the room was hot and being on the top floor we could not open the windows understandably so, We would like to add a special mention to Klaudia behind the bar who is amazing not only making great cocktails but her knowledge regarding Krakow history, she was so friendly and helped make our break special. Saying this all the serving staff were great. The location is good a short walk to the trams which are really cheap and quick to get to the centre of town. Once again great stay and we look forward to returning.

Perfect hotel ! Came here for 4 nights for my 21st Birthday! It was a lovely hotel , staff spoke exceptional English and seemed very lovely . Had a cocktail from the reception bar which was very nice and refreshing . The location is good , it’s about a 15 min tram ride out of central Krakow ( which run until very late ) , which was quite nice as it was a lot less noisy to sleep . In a good location with a beautiful traditional food and clothes market 2 mins down the road , with a large shopping center and tram lines . Booked a Spa treatment in this hotel which was absolutely phenomenal. Easy to get Ubers from this hotel which quick pick up from here . Rooms were very spacious with a good shower and bathroom . Only thing I will say is they do get very hot and air-con I either couldn’t work or wasn’t actually an air con !! Would definitely come back Krakow is beautiful :)

Great stay - highly recommend We recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, which made for a very comfortable stay. However, we did encounter a couple of small issues. The air-conditioning only works for heating, which isn’t ideal in all circumstances, especially if you prefer a cooler room at night. Upon arrival, we were mistakenly checked into someone else’s room, but the staff quickly rectified the situation with a sincere apology. Mistakes happen, and their prompt response was appreciated. Breakfast was an absolute highlight—both the food and the service were fantastic! We also dined in the evening, and the food was superb; I highly recommend trying their restaurant. The hotel’s location is excellent, conveniently positioned on a tram and bus line, making it easy to explore the area. Despite the minor hiccups, I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
