Wonderful hotel, lovely room overlooking small canal. We enjoyed hearing the singers on the gondolas and watching them going by.

Arrived at the hotel to be greeted by very friendly staff The room was clean and tidy and the housekeeper kept it like this throughout our stay The reception staff are very helpful never to much trouble to help you get about Venice and the surrounding islands
